:evil: Attention audiophiles. The TV tuner section in the state-of-the-art Gateway AR-230 DVD recorder is MONO!!!!! It plays and records TV shows only in mono. It ignores empty space at the beginning of an RW disc and only records to space at the end. Therefore to optimize empty space, last recorded should be first viewed. Stills are rock steady. FFWD thru commercials using chapter and ffwd frew buttons is extremely awkward. It has allready ruined one of ny RW discs during the erase procedure.
