Ok...after playing through the game several times, I know you guys have found some cool shiz to do with the vehicles

This one is in the air-boat, right after you shoot down that hellicopter, there are several more, and I'll post them up as I get screenies of them

hey im stuck right now on ...urm lets see
chapter 9 near the end when ur in the room with the 3 sentinal gunners and the health and suit helth kit. and all these guards start rushin u .. i cannot at all get past this i/ve been tryin all day... what do i doo. please help... btw hamfist what gfx settting u got it at... those are lookin choppy

before you jump down there...I get all the office equipment from that one room and throw it down there, (desk, file cabinets, etc.) then jump down and stack all that stuff up , blocking one side of the little room with the turrets completely, you can use the boxes and barrels that are alreeady down there too, then set up the turrets. the combine will be forced to attack you through the one open door, and they are "FISH in a BARREL"

BTW...this thread is about STUNTS, there is a HL 2 help threat close by

LMAO. its also fun to put a barrel in front of you, shoot the rocket launcher straight up and then aim the red dot on the barrel. . . it doesn't protect you.

Sometimes you can actually see the rocket coming to hit you.

Only if there was a way to surf on a rocket, that would be totally tubular dude.

One thing I found was that if you have two planks of wood, especially plywood on the beach (can't remember the chapter), you can stack one plank on top of another. Next you use the gravity gun on the bottom plank and you can kinda float along cause it lifts the second plank upon which you are standing.

Several things-
Rocket Launcher-This is definitely my fav thing to talk about, lol ask Spiegle, but anyway, if the rockets goes past whatever you are pointing at, and you point it at something in front(ie. It goes past a sign post, and point the laser to the side facing you) the rocket will do a loop FOREVER until you point it at something it can hit...its much fun...
Second, the level w/ the three turrets-
I did the same thing, putting all the depris down to block one area, but i also put two ov the turrets back to back, and the remaingin one facing the remaining room...i stayed in the room with infiinite smg ammo, and just brickwalled anyone who knocked my turrets...

Man I just got this game and the grfix are SWEET!!!!!!! I notced the case temp went up alot...From room temp to like 87 degrees. I already have water cooling (Thermatake Big Water) But it runs fine. Oh yeah my grafx card is a BFG 6800 Ultra. The game looks BADA$$ on my big screen!!!!(44 inch Zenith LCD) Its soooooo clear! Are there any other superb graphic games like this one? Sorry for sounding so stupid... its just that is my first comp i built and ive never seen the power of a PC running game like that.

HL2:In the part where you blow the helicopter up......when you finished going inside the wearhouse killing everybody and resuppling; when you walk back outside the right of the wearhouse and look towards the little control room to open the damn; did anyone see a man in a suit and holding a briefcase?

Also theres another time when i seen someone on a overpass walk way. Its the part when your on the airboat...you can stop buy these three huge tanks and walk behinde it to find a body, some .357 ammo, and fist aid. Hes on an overpass after the ledg with the two animals that hang from the cilings.

He's in the old one (or source) also. I remember he beamed out ahead of me in the level after you go through all the round generator thingies. He looks at you through the window and just steps into the teleporter. [bastage]

He did a lot more than that in the original. There were several times in Half-Life that the Gman (who I mistakenly thought of as the Administrator) would just pop up, give you a look, and then dissappear. Once on the other side of a door (distracting you from the headcrab zombies sneaking up on you), talking to a scientist in the beginning, the first time you face a Gargant... a bunch of times. Bastage pulls some sort of Vader-esque bullet deflection if you tried to shoot at him, too.
Must be the purple suit.
