Yes, I get to keep it.

But that is not the point of having a hardware review site.

very nice card indeed. It's interesting to see that ATI is not including much goodies with this card. The card looks very clean and nice.

Hey, so you got to keep it, what are yo ugonna do with your old card, (hint hint )

Great review once again, Nathan. Juicy card
Looks like you threw just about everything you could at it and it mocked you. FEED ME!
I agree, the price and availability are big downers.

Now if we could only get someone to donate those budget cards (nudge )

why would you want to read about something a few years old that you laugh at when you go to your friends house The idea is so that we can see just what the latest technology has to offer, and gives us a reason to commit crimes in order to get our hands on them jk

Back to the topic....your fed up of hearing it, but great review nate god!

The one thing that i like about the ATi cards to the 6800 series is the physical size of the cards. My 6800 GT is so long, a good few cm after the key teeth, where as on the ATi, very little PCB after the keys, which would appear to be alot better for ambient case temps. Didnt like the idea that the memory chips werent covered by a cooler though, something my MSI 6800 GT has

Did you get any 3d mark 2003 benches on it? Just cuwious.

No, I don't trust the creditbility of 3DMark 2003 scores.

Driver's were just too optimized for the benchmark for my liking.

Nice review yet again Nate. Pitty they didn't bother with mem cooling. I noticed that the OC'd x800pro ICEQ actualy out performed it in a number of the benchmarks.... But DAMN 65000 + in aquamark I only get 10k with my little setup...

Maybe you could fit some ram sinks and give us an idea as to how much this would help.

With the work load I have now, it is doubtful if I can do this.
