I have the aspire X-navigator case I come with 5 fans and a PSU. The PSU sucks the air from in the case through it and then out to the atmosphere. This case has 2x fans in the back 90mm. 1 on the window a 120mm. 1 blowhole 90mm and one on the front 90mm. I know that good air flow mean that you want air to enter from the front and exit in the back or on top (blowhole, heat rises). But with only one fan in the front acting as an intake, thats not a good ratio for the exhaust fans. So I guess my question is how should I set up these fans? The 120mm on the window should maybe be an intake? and the others as exhaust? if you have any idea's please post. _________________ +!~Budweiser~!+ Spelt forwards and backwards

Yep...the window is an intake...the object is to get cool air directly on the processor hsf. Would be nice if you could get two up front, but you take what ya get. You may need a couple of different cfm fans to play with. Setting up the case cooling is a bit of a craft as much as science, and a bit of trial and error goes with the territory. _________________ .

| Are your case temps high? Full load temps of around 10 deg. above ambient are not problematic. If not, then leave it be. Intakes in front and side with the rest exhaust should give good results. Wire management will also help airflow. The PSU fan(s) are for PSU cooling and shouldn't be depended on to do much for case temps. |
