Take for instance I pick a name, check his profile and notice he has posted once or twice in a month. He will not be chosen over someone else that has been contributing well.

I think when [TN] Nathan says it will be announced tomorrow, he means that he will email and announce the winner tomorrow (ie Monday), so I guess we will just sit back and relax for the weekend.
Well, if the e-mail has been sent out, then I guess I am not lucky winner either, but I am still keeping my hope up.
