Does anyone have any recommended software for doing this? Free would be preferred, but I'll pay if I have to... Also, any basic walkthroughs/instructions/tips would be helpful, so bring 'em on! The only time I've ever done anything similar to this I converted a 25min episode of a TV show from .WMV to .AVI and the file size increased from 200MB to 1.5GB...so I guess I suck at it.... Confused

I use RealPlayer 10.5 for all my audio (I prefer it to WMP). I have several of my CDs already ripped to my computer, but it saves all the files as RealSystem Media files, but I want to convert everything to MP3.

Thanks!

Hmm.... Think That seems to be what I need, but it doesn't even detect my RealMedia files, at all. Do you think I should maybe just rip all my CDs again, but as MP3s with this program?

Update: That program I linked to is great; it works really well. Only thing is, it's a trial version (30 days) and I can only convert 6 songs at a time...must be part of the trial-crap. Ah well, I don't have THAT many songs ripped yet, so it's not so bad. I've already done 4 CDs and I'll do the rest tomorrow.

Now does that Cdex program rip CDs as MP3s or as WMV files? I'm a bit confused about that...but if it rips them as MP3s, then that's great! Very Happy
