well it says its compatible with the 9800XT model, so i'd assume it'd fit on yours but im not sure. As for plugging in the power, it should connect to the 3 pin connector on your video card.

It will only fit if your brand of card follows the ATI refference design. So check your crac manufactures website to make sure.
