OK, so I am lloking to add a second monitor to my desk because I raised my 21" NEC up 25" off the desk (it's great for games and such) and now have some space to fill below (plus my neck is killing me!)
I am looking for info on what features and specs I should be checking for buying an LCD monitor.
My parameters are that it:
*will be in the sub 250.00USD range
*used primarily for general computing and system tasks
*does not need to be digital
*does not need to be large, the 15" size should be adequate.
