Help cooling a Dimension 8400 (and AIW x600 Pro)

Hey everyone. I'm new here. I have a bunch of cooling questions regarding my 8400. Apparently this is not the best system for mods or cooling. The heatsink on the processor has liquid-filled copper piping and is cooled by a single 120mm case fan. Frontside I've got 2 SATA HDs installed (both of which are usually being accessed simulatneously), DVD-ROM and DVD-RW drives taking up one 5.25 slot each, and a floppy. My only available frontside slot is 3.5. What's the best cost-effective cooling solution for a 3.5"?

On the back I have one PCI slot available and I definitely need something to sandwich in the open slot between my Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro PCI card and my ATI All-in-Wonder X600 PCI-E card. That gap is HOT. Is there anything more effective (and economical) than just a single PCI-slot cooling unit?

Finally, per Tweaknews' review of the AIW x600 Pro, the overclocking capability on the card sucks because the memory isn't cooled at all. "The All in Wonder x600 pro is equipped with eight 32meg 128bit DDR modules (Total: 256Megs) of onboard Hynix memory rated at 3.3ns." What are the best heatsinks for this memory (or other solutions for this card)?

replace the stock heatsink with and arctic cooling vga silencer... if it'll fit

I don't think cooling the memory modules will yeild you any better overclocking. The memory is already at its maximum.

Also, remove and move you PCI card to the bottom slot.

It does NOT need to be in the top poistion to work.

Thanks for the suggestions. The computer came with a modem on the bottom PCI slot (I bought it refurb)... so I just removed that and shifted the Audigy down to the bottom. Now I have 2 open PCI slots between the Audigy and the AIW. I still might pick up a fan for one of them.

As for the AIW, I totally missed that the overclock ceiling was basically set at stock rate. Oh well. I'll deal.
