Samsung 191N or T as reviewed by tweaknews.net is by far the best i've seen and used for the affordable price as well. _________________ still the same old computer tweaker..

thanks icyrus76
i was looking at either the Dell 1900FP which the same as samsung 191T, was search on ebay and people was asking insane money for it, pricewatch.com actually selling them cheaper than ebay lol
what kills me is the tax part, buying from Ontario, we have to pay both taxes 15% ouch
do you have any dealer willing to ship from Edmonton area ? cuz i know if you buy across provinces, you only require to pay only one tax |

What kind of videocard do you have?
If you only have the blue VGA connector on you videocard, a analog LCD monitor would be a good idea. _________________ Owner & Administrator

not too sure, but i can look into it for you. But do keep in mind that shipping adds up..like i did..i bought cdrws for cheap from the states, but then the shipping killed me..ended up paying way more than i had to. so yeh..

to save you money the first thing needed it to find out what videocard you have, does it have a blue VGA or a white DVI connector? _________________ Owner & Administrator

yes i have all kinds of video card from Matrox G550 to Leadtek GeForce 1, 2, 3, 4 4600
Quadro4 700 and so on
DVI is not a problem, actually i prefer to use DVI for LCD
yes, shipping will kill anything, i do think of shipping that brings the price above my roof, one thing i was reading that when buy a LCD, it is better to open it up right there to see if any bad pixel
Dell tech had told me that only way they replace the LCD is when you have a bad pixel centre or within 3 to 4 inches off centre, or 3 in the roll anywhere, or 6 to 10 bad pixel on any side or corner |
