I've read enough guides to putting it all together, but if there are any specific things I should watch for with this system, let me know.

Pentiun 4 3.0Ghz LGA775
Asus P5P800 Mobo
2x 512mb Corsair Value Select Ram ( a 1gb dual channel set ), needed something cheap
XFX GeForce 6600GT 128mb DDR3
and lastly: ThermalTake TT-480APD 480W PSU

I'm still thinking about whether I should pick up a case with some better cooling already in it, in reality, I don't have a dremel, or any power tools except at my father's work, and they're layered in grease and oils. My current tower just has one fan on top of the power supply ( rear exhaust ) and that is horrid, I can pick up a case already installed with a front fan, side fan, rear ( or 2 rear ), OR a front, side, 120mm rear... I suppose I could figure out a way to make a blowhole down the line possibly as well. Anyways, Ill take any suggestions, comments, or criticism, thanks guys. ( ps: my first build, I can't wait til "santa" brings these on Christmas Day )

Looking like a very nice setup. You can always put it in your old case and see how the temps are, but I best many people are going to put a few bucks or pounds on the warm side of things
Just take a look at the temps and report back.

JW, I figured what the hey, picked up a nice gaming tower, with two 120mm fans, an 80mm side with a duct to the processor, some led thingy's, etc and a side window for about 115 Canadian, a pretty good deal! I wanted to paint my own case but don't have the tools to do any further mods on it

Silver, that's good to hear! Any word on how it overclocks?

Stock form its 500/1000mhz.. Was able to take mine up to 547/1074mhz with the stock cooling fan and side mounted case fan. The GPU stayed cool but I think the ram might be what keeps this card from showin more potential. Maybe a simple heatsink attached to the ram would help out. I'm thinkin about goin with the Thermaltake Extreme Giant III to see what all I can squeeze out of it. :)
