i am building a web pg for a friend, and i need a little assistance

i have a 3 frames,
top, left, and the middle
how do i get the links in the on the left open up in the middle, i forget the code that i insert into the html

In your frameset you need to give each frame a name.

When creating a link all you do is add this to the <a href>:

target="framename"

so a sample link would look like:

<a href="yourpage.htm" target="topFrame">
