Hey guys does anyone know how to record time code to an analogue tape? I know this isn't really a computer based question, but for all you sound engineers out there, give me a clue, please. |

I think Rocksteady and Toggle Head will be the ones who could help you out here, they do a lot of audio stuff.
I don't know enough about this stuff to help you, but a quick google gives :

Try asking on this forum, someone ther may be able to help.
Are you trying to do this on an analogue mulitrack tape or a standard DAT?
A few details about what you are trying to do and what setup you are using will help us sort you out.

| Sorry I have this habbit of not giving all the details. I'm trying to record time code to an analogue multitrack tape. I'm having trouble with striping the tape with SMPTE time code, when I say trouble I mean,I don't know how to do it.So basically what I need is idiot proof step by step instructions on how to. |
