Post your name (first name will do, to keep your privacy) and I'll give you the Russian and/or Ukrainian equivalent, if there is one, and if there isn't then I'll write it in Russian and/or Ukrainian as it's meant to be written and pronounced. Do we have a deal?

Come on, post up!

I'll start with mine:

English = Zhenya
Russian = Женя
Ukrainian = Женя

Btw, most of Russian and Ukrainian translations will be very similar, if not the same, because our alphabets are very similar.

We all know that's not JW's name, but, I decided to do that one anyway to show you what they look like. The Ukrainian translation has a difference this time. As you can see a new letter appears "і" this one is Ukrainian only and the Russian equivalent as you've prolly guessed would be the letter "и". Why? This is because in Ukrainian the letter "и" is then actually a different letter the Russian equivalent would be (of this letter) "ы" and the Ukrainian language doesn't have the letter "ы" in the alphabet at all so that's why it's different like that. Hope you understood that.

yeah, i got that.

That /\ would be a capital letter when you handwrite, the smaller version would be similar.

When computers and typewriters print them they're like this: capital = Л small = л

English = Gregory
Russian = Грегорий
Ukrainian = Грегорій

That is an official Russian name, Грегорий just like Victor and Zhenya!

English = Mad cat
Russian = Бешаный кот
Ukrainian = Божевільний кіт

I translated that one as two words rather than a nickname. Here you can clearly see the language differences between Russian and Ukrainian. The first word meaning mad, in both languages is completely different.
