ask and you shall receive, visit ur local hardware store and u can simply buy some rocker switches and just solder them into the light lines and then put them in there with the fans. Or they sell fan controllers. Hardcano units are the best, once again, not shure where u can get them perhaps a local computer shop cause i get all my stuff off the net. |

I am not exactly sure on how to make an off and off switch but something tells me that it might not give you a viable product. I mean how would you know if it was defective? _________________ I tweaked and it tweaked back! So I Tweaked some more!

It's actually not all that hard, and if it was defective, it just wouldn't work.
I built one similar to that awhile back, before fan controllers were a dime a dozen at CompUSA. I used pots instead of switches, though, but the concept is the same. You're just adding resistance to the power line, so it drops the voltage on the other side of the switch. Lower voltage = slower fans, obviously.
Give it a try, the worst that will happen is the fans won't work. _________________ Big enough to scare you |
