A problem with xp login and boot integration

hi i have this problem
I've downloaded a very neat login of FBI here
and when I installed it (trough regedit) it didn't do any problems
after I restarted my comp it booted with the FBI booting screen I've downloaded elsewere
buit when it was suppose to show me the login it just restarted again
i changed the booting screen through dos but it didn't help
accidently i deleted the booting screen file from winxp/system32
and when I restarted the computer booted with the usual xp booting screen and the computer started working!
I tried to put another booting screen but it didn't work again
well my question is how can I put a booting screen together with that login??
please help me

Getting to your problem at hand, have you tried the XP Logon Loader ? If not, then I'd give that a try and let us know if it helps :)

I've triyed it but it didn't work for some reson
so I found a way to change logons from the registry
it worked for the logons but i don't knoiw why is it messing up with thew boots
