memory,cpu,fsb - settings/suggestions

Given the specs below,remove my memory and put in 128mb DDR PC2700-333mhz memory....
My current configs for my existing memory set up are:-
DRAM CLOCK/DRIVE CONTROL:-
CURRENT FSB FREQUENCY - 133MHZ
CURRENT DRAM TIMING - 133MHZ
DRAM CLOCK - BY SPD
DRAM TIMING - BY SPD

CPU OPERATING SPEED - 2200+/133

So,now(in theory)the PC2700-333mhz memory is installed,what changes are necessary to make it function correctly?...
As yet,i havent installed the PC2700-333,due to the fact that last time i tried this the mobo blew(i blamed the ram,which blew with it)..so this time,im doing my homework
