That's quite possible, but I am the low end system of the event.

. We have hoedizzy's 64 bit and mike's 2400+ w/ Radeon 9600

We'll see what we play...lotta file share for sure

not bad for a little impromptu lan.....too bad hoedizzy forgot his crossover cable, which lead to us trying all sorts of things to make our network WORK....stupid router...

well JW, I think if we had a VPN router we could actually have had you play too *(I think....I might be wrong). If so, that'd be a good approach for a TWEAKNEWS remote LAN.

All in all, better planning would have made for a better LAN.

Stay tuned...we'll see if I can make it to the Nov. 2nd 'Lection LAN.

Looks like fun and reminds me of the residence lan counterstrike fests we would have in university.

We all connected through the LAN connections in each room , someone would host and we would go for 6-12hours straight.

I really really wish that i brought my crossover!!! man i'm stupid. ever tried to lan through a router the catch is one is on the other side of it!!! it sucked! NOW i know to bring the right cables.....

I've got 4pc's capable of playing starcraft (5 if you count the roomies')
I've got 3 that are basically capable of playing most of the latest games. They aren't perfect but they do
