Hi :)

I put a very very thin layer of AS5 . I washed the cpu surface and heatsink sufrace very carfully with alcohol and didnt touch either of them with my hand. my internal case temp. as my case reports (it has 3 sensors i put them in 3 different parts of the case) in average is 30'C. Also my mainboard has 2 zones around the cpu Zone 1 at right of C (near Rams) and zone 2 at left of cpu. Zone 1 temp is 30'C and Zone 2 is 40'C.

Thank you,
David

Don't know what your ambient temps are where you are at, but it sounds like your inside of case is only 5C over. Not bad, you may be able to improve it a little, and if you can it will help some. But, at full load your doing 47C so your Temp. rise is only 17C...Again, not to shabby. My Northwood does 50C or more in the summer time when the ambients in my ofiice are 28 or 29C so I think your in pretty good shape.

Hi there,

I changed some cables and fans in my case and reduced the case temp. to 25-26'C. I am gonna replace one of my case fans with a Vantec Tornado 90mm fan. I think it will reduce the case temp a little more. Thanks alot :)

Things seem to be going your way.
