So I'm in the CPU complex in Doom III, the objective is to obtain a replacement door panel to fix something and i CAN'T FIND that stupid panel anywhere!! Any clues??

Yeah, that's the part where you have to take the elevators up to the top floor. So just find the elevators on each floor, (I think there are only like 3 floors), then when you get to the top you should find a room with a shelf in it, and the panel is sitting on the shelf. As soon as you enter the room you should be facing the panel, if I remember correctly.
