I haven't played it yet though, as I'm still working on beating Neverwinter Nights (and Thief:DS, which I just got)

And then there's the dozen or so console games I also need to beat, heh...but back to the topic...I *will* play Morrowind, just not yet

dude, technically you never do finish it. unless you complete every quest, and get all your skills to level 100. and you can't complete all the thieves guild quests and the, um what are they called? not the morag tong... help me out here... whatever.

I've certainly completed all the Thieves Guild, Fighters Guild, Morag Tong (non guildmaster), Mages Guild and Imperial Cult quests.

What I meant was that I haven't got through the main quest yet. I'm not about to take any shortcuts though. I want my character to be the head of most of the guilds by the time I attempt it. Might take a while...

Plus, I'm in the middle of Deus Ex right now. JC is currently trying to sink a superfreighter with a few LAMs (explosives).

my screenie coming soon. I took a break for about a year, but i've realy started back at it, and i'll soon be headof the mages guild, as soon as i can get my Alchemy skill high enough.

yeah, all i know about it is that it's going to take place in Cyrodiil, and that the game is about the gates to the Imperial version hell open up and you have to kill the big bad devil dude. IT'S FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMIL!!!

Actually, 2y, I'm just an ADD-addled, scatterbrained nerd. I was so hyped up about Morrowind, I went home and played it instead of posting. I forgot. I do that a lot. I live about half an hour away.
I've been rather distracted from TN lately. I feel kind of lost without my fellow tweakers. I STILL LOVE YOU GUYS. ::single tear::
I've got a wonderful gf that keeps me plenty occupied, though. And a job that slowly kills me (not-so-subtle Radiohead reference). I've been keeping busy. I'm sure I'll be back in full effect when I upgrade my rig. ::crosses fingers::
I'm at work again right now (surprise surprise).
Anyhoo.
I actually can't beat Morrowind with my current char (Maarek)... I've killed at least four NPC's that give you that nice "You done gone and f**ked up- you went and sliced up someone REALLY important- but you can continue playing in your DOOMED world if you want" message. I want to find out what happens when you depopulate the entire continent. I've already laid waste to 6 or 7 cities. Ghostgate's now a ghost town.
I basically started the whole game in a homicidal-maniac sort of manner. Everyone likes him- at first (His Speechcraft is ridiculous). Until he kills them and takes their stuff. It wasn't until I had an exorbitanly high bounty on my head that I found the Thieve's Guild and paid it off that people started talking to me again.
Of course, I still just kill them and take their stuff.
Maybe when I get back I'll post screenies. I'll try.

note: this only works if you have the orriginal, non-expansion (i think) game, no patches(i'm sure it doesn't work if you patch)
if youhave a high bounty on your head, go to the thieves guid, and drop all your gold on the floor. talk to the dude, and he'l charge you the usual 1/2 of your bounty, but since you aint got no gold, it goes negitive, but since you can't have negitive gold, you just still have 0. then pick up your gold and be on your way. oh, and if your destruction skill is high enough, and you have enough mana and gold, a nice fire damage 100 magnitude for 50 feet on touch or taget, and you can kill towns quick. the high-elf in the balmora mages guild is a good bet for cheep spells if you are in the mages guild, but anyone will work.

I play marrowind, ill have to go on and get a screene. My char uses all glass armor, and wears a cool skirt that i think is enchanteed. I have aring that gives me 60% constant reflect :)

Had it....Had a badass character w/ awesome shite! then we had to re-format...lol as speigle can tell you I WAS PISSED! Had most of my stats at 100, so i didnt even bother starting again. My fav thing was the part where a guy falls out the sky, and you loot him, and found out he had some super jump potions...if you use them with a glding potion, you can hope around the whole map...great fun, especially if you have HEX editor....heehee
