Yeah what lego mod are we talking here? Cause we got a lot of legos in the house.

If anyone is feeling particularly inventive. I always thought a computer in a stand up video game setup woudl rock. Personally I am too broke to try it. But anyone with cash and a lot of time on their hands.... give it a shot and post pics

They did it ALL wrong. Just take any old box, nice and sturdy. Don't use pieces of cardboard. Thats just wrong in so many ways. If you use a regular box big enough to fit your components into it actually works rather well.

Hmmm, with the box My G-force card came in I could build a LAPTOP!..............Or maybe NOT.

Or maybe I could get a cardboard box from a fridge freezer and build a Mainframe.............................best not!.

I have to admit to an idea I'm working on for a LAN pary machine, It's build into a cheap aluminium suitcase type "girls war paint" box. Nice and small with built in handle and roll up keyboard., just gota find a cheap enough and big enough.

OOO, Thanks for the ideas SS! A laptop the size of a micro atx tower. Makes you wonder why it hasn't been done yet

Worth a shot. What are you doing with makeup?

ooo, thats going to be the hard part. building the monitor into the suitcase. there was been many trys to build a monitor into a syste, and most of the results were getting blown away 7 feet from the rig. but you see, all i need for my bum-monitor is some crayons and a good sheet of cardboard.

That would be so cool to open up a brief case to see a monitor on the top and keyboard on the bottom. All the components inside nice and neat. DO IT!

I got a few old LCD pannels from old laptops, not too sure on the specs though. I was thinking about running one directly from a ITX mainboard problem would be the 1Ghz CPU and onboard Vid GPU (not good for games!). Though AGP slot is on the system board too, problem being a 'gaming' vid card cannot run an LCD. Catch 22.

Would be cool to make a cheap ultra small laptop / palmtop that is TOTALLY my own design. The ULTIMATE mod!
