Need help with animated GIFs

First off, Sorry if this is the wrong section, but for the life of me I could not figure out exactly where this should be.

If you noticed I switched my avatar. Now the original image I recieved (At work through Outlook, if that has anything to do with the problem) is animated with the little dude smashing his head on the PC. I have been trying to get the image to save that way I can use the animation in my avatar. I tried right clicking the image and doing save as, it only gives me the option to save it as a bimap. Now I just put the gif extension in manually and it saves that way. either way I save it, I cannot get the animation to save. Now when I try to foward it the image does not show on the foward. Help... I need suggestions, ideas, and/or solutions.

Yea it's an outlook thing...I think I might have that one at home though ØF...Tonight.

Maybe somebody knows how to cheat outlook though, cause I've run into this before.

Hmm, disreguard what I said earlier in another thread. You tried that.

Maybe you can google for the proper gif?

Yeah I am with you 2old. I dunno what the hell he is talking about. I right clicked it and got two options. Copy or save as. But whatever. It works, I am not complaining. =P

oh i didnt do it through outlook...i forwarded the e-mail to my hotmail account and did it from there...=]

I figured out one way....open outlook express and import your outlook messages...then you can open the message in OE and right click the gif and save.

Hey, at least most of the outlook emails you can get are spam free.
