connecting two pooters

do you guys have an answer to why this second pooter cant connect to the internet. i have this thing in network settings that has the shared connection there.

On the second computer, set up the network connection as this computer connects to the internet through another computer on my network. And on the first one, set it up as, this computer connects directly to the internet, and other computers use it to connect to the internet, u can check out diagrams on the network setup page while doing this 2.
