ok you wanted to be able to use your flashlight and hold a gun at the same time right? And being the tweakers that we are, we all know what duct tape is good for. Well there had to have been some on Mars.

Heres a flashlight mod for the pistol, im thinking i would use this more over that one cause having a huge gun and a light isnt as fun, at least now i can see and defend myself a little in the dark spots and take out the shottie only if necessary.

These mods ruin the game IMO.

Part of the challenge is to be able to swap the flashlight for a weapon quickly.

There is a button for it.

I set my flashlight to right click so that I never have to take my fingers off the directional keys. I don't have any problem at all switching beteen the weapons and flashlights.

It's very easy to change the flashlight to something much more accessable. IE - f, g, q keys or even the right click. I don't even know what that is for.

I hardly use the flashlight. I just run and when i hear a noise, jump and run, jump and run, jump and run until I reach some light and can fight the enemies.

i use the flashlight alot, ive gotten pretty good at switching with the f key, u dont have to move your hand, if u use the w,a,s,d keys, those arrow keys are just crazy to use ;P
