I'm gettting both Doom3 and Half-Life 2, but right now I'd rather have Doom3, I'm extremely hyped up about it since I'll have it in a little over a week

My vote is for HL2, b/c the first storyline was much better than the doom sereies. I still don't think anything is going to be as good as Halo 2 . . I hope l l *prays to some greater entity for an ungodly halo 2 game/*

Whats the latest news on Halo 2, its not as high a profile as HL2 and Doom 3, it should be tho.

I know that Half life 2 WILL have the better story line, but whats the point if they are never going to give us a date to look forward to?

If they take much longer, the games that come out when its released will be just as good, maybe better, unless they decide to totally remake the game

It has been stated that at the rate they are going, all the bugs will be worked out of HL2 in like 15 days or so. Maybe it will be out by the end of August, don't count on it though.

It'll be done in September . . nope, december, nope, march, nope, june, nope, august . . . yeah, august

Halo 2's final release date is set for november 9th. I believe that it will release on time now. It doesn't seem as popular b/c the release date is a little further away.

I'd definately get HL2 then doom3 as runnerup, actually i would buy all the latest and greatest games coming out....

I'll be buying both of them IF they ever hit the shelves in the UK.

If the quality of HL follows through to the sequel, it'll be better than Doom3. On the other hand, I quite like the rollercoaster music ID uses

im not going to get doom 3..... it scares me, but i cant wait for HL2!!!!!!!!! i need to come up with 30 bucks by then... cause i have a 20 dollar gift card for bestbuy... actually a lot more, cause im getting a 6800! hopefully for christmas!
