Hello out there. I fear I will be mocked for using an ATI card in a predominantly Nvidia environment. First of all, I do recognize Nvidia as a better gaming card, but the All-in-Wonder was what I needed for video capture and it has done quite well. I am only having one problem with it. I cannot get the card to output video files. I can hook a TV up to the video-out ports and it will show my desktop and everything just fine. I can even play games like Jedi Outcast and Medal of Honor on my TV screen and it all looks fine. But if I try to play a video in any player (Quicktime, Windows Media Player, etc.) the area inside the player that shows video on my monitor appears as black on my TV screen. If I change the view to full screen for the video, my TV is just black. I can get the sound from the video, but no video is being displayed. I have checked with ATI and they recommended turning the resolution down to 800x600 or lower. I have tried that. I have lowered my color settings to 16 bit. Everything they recommend has not worked. If any one out there has any ideas or could point me to a webpage or something I would be most grateful! Thanks everyone.

It is a All-in-Wonder Radeon 7500. I am running Windows Millenium and have an Athlon XP 1800. I have 384 megs of RAM. Maybe this will be helpful.

I too own and use that card. Try lowering the TV out resolotion to 640x480 and see if it helps and if it doesn't, update your drivers, your control panel and the multimedia software to the latest edition.

Also, maybe kick down the refresh rate of the monitor to 60Hz and see if it improves.

Thank you guys! This is a very nice and friendly board. I have posted things in some forums and people have just ripped me to shreds. Thank you for your advice. I will get those new drivers and also try lowering the refresh rate. I had set the resolution to 640x480, but I don't remember if I reset the refresh rate. Thanks guys! I'll let you know how it goes. Keep up the good work with this page. I think it is a wonderful resource.
