I dont really know...but a screenshot of these "pop-ups" would help us out in figuring the problem out.
Use either

www.imageshack.us
to upload your screenshot. _________________ »4 RS«»1Ж «»1 DENE«»1 FREAKIN LAME OH«»1 MONEY MONEY«

Hey there f516.....read this link... http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=183533 .... did you change some (increase) security?
Hope this helps, I don't know to much about code, but I've seen similar when I've had a hosed library. Don't suppose you have a recent image / backup. You might need it. Good Luck. _________________ .

Go to windows directory,
Go to the Downloaded program files directory
Remove everything in that directory, reboot and see if it goes away.
Also, go into internet options and set all the security settings to default. I mean all of them. _________________ Owner & Administrator
