I also tried reinstalling the game but it made no difference. This is the only game and program that this happens on. Possible sollutions?

Most of the time this is caused from memory being overclocked to high or not getting enuff voltage. If your not overclocking then try going up one notch on the memory voltage and see if it still gets an error.
And what memory are you using and how much mb? _________________ Abit Max3, Intel2.4@ 3.42, 9800pro 460core/380mem., 2 Raptors raid0 |

My computer is not overclocked at all in anyway. I have 1 stick of 512 meg of unbuffered ram. I'll do the voltage right now. _________________ AMD Athlon XP 3200+, ATI Radeon 9800pro, Antec True Power 430W, Abit NF7-S 2.0 motherboard, Soundblaster Audigy 2, Windows XP |

I put the ram in a different slot and increased the AGP voltage a little and it seems to be working fine... _________________ AMD Athlon XP 3200+, ATI Radeon 9800pro, Antec True Power 430W, Abit NF7-S 2.0 motherboard, Soundblaster Audigy 2, Windows XP |

Nope, I still get the error. Any advice? I'll keep messing with the voltage... Do you think the AGP voltage could be too low also causing this? _________________ AMD Athlon XP 3200+, ATI Radeon 9800pro, Antec True Power 430W, Abit NF7-S 2.0 motherboard, Soundblaster Audigy 2, Windows XP |

make sure the agp voltage is at 1.6v and the ram voltage is at 2.8v. if that doesn't work, i would use memtest86 to test the ram and make sure it isn't deffective. _________________ JayDubya aka JW Jay JD ^> ﺵ |

I am guessing my motherboard may have gone bad because I still get the error in War3. Damn. Oh well, guess I'll find out how much it'll cost for an Abit NF7-S. _________________ AMD Athlon XP 3200+, ATI Radeon 9800pro, Antec True Power 430W, Abit NF7-S 2.0 motherboard, Soundblaster Audigy 2, Windows XP |
