Is it possible to dual boot XP off of one disk? I want the second one exclusively for overclocking/benchmarking. If so how would I go about doing it?

yes it is possible. the best option is to split your disk into two, one primary and one logical partition. then when installing win, just choose the partition where you want to install it. a good way to split your disk is by using power quest partition magic. itīs very simple to use and has some restore capabilities, as well as booting options.
1st - during the windows xp installation, when it asks what partition to use. delete the existing one and create a new. donīt forget to leave enough free space for the other one!
2nd- After the OS installation, use the partition magic to create a logical partition with the unallocate space.
3rd - boot from win cd and install it to the logical partition.

thats it!
when booting there sould be an option to choose the OS
in order not to confuse things change the boot name of one OS in the boot.ini
