Best Case Fans for my new Rig?

Hey everyone, I just recently installed a new system. Intel 2.8 with Asus P4C800 E-Deluxe. and I currently own a Lian Li PC-75 case, I don't have any plans to have a top blowhole or a side intake. All I have now is just two stock exhaust fans in the rear and two intake in the front. I want something more powerful but at the same time quiet.

Also I'm thinking of getting a fan controller, what are the better ones on the market right now?

What do you guys suggest?

No real name brands, just find a good "ball bearing fan that pushes 30+ cfm and you will be fine.

tt smartfans are nice i guess...havent realy used any others..

I use the Vantec stealth fans..they push a lot of air and are very quiet.
