Block Unwanted/Junk E-Mail

(Q) I get a lot of unsolicited email from something called Digital Lifestyle. Is there any way to block email from that source?

(A) Most email programs let you define rules for handling incoming messages. Here's how you'd block those messages in Outlook Express. Select Tools | Message Rules | Mail...Click the New button. In the Conditions panel, check the Where the From line contains people box. In the Actions panel, check Delete it from server. In the Description panel, click the underlined words contains people. Fill in the name of the sender you want to block, click Add, and click OK. Give the rule a name and click OK. From now on, any mail from that name will be deleted from the server before it ever reaches your computer.
