Does anyone own this monitor? On pure black screens in a drak room the luminance bleed is about an inch all round rite? or is there somehign wrong with mine or the bleed for mine is a bit too much? (this problem gets kinda annoying during dark scenes in a divx movie with the room lights turned off)

Does all LCD panel have this problem? (does brightness Brightness , Contrast Ratio have anything to do with it...eg lower the brightness or contrast ration of the monitor yeilds less luminace bleed.)

Thank you

All that I have used has this problem. Try turning your brightness down to 75% and your contrast up to 100% for better viewing.

The bleed during black viewing happens to all LCD monitors, and I have tested a few

Using the DVI will sharpen the picture a lot.

Turning the brightness down to 75% and the contrast to 100% will help you out a lot.
