Caps Lock and typing virus

Hey i have this virus on my computer and when i'm typin all of the sudden its as if i am holding down the shift key but i'm not. So all the capitals of letters or symbols from numbers pop up. Also when i try to highlight it kinda freezes and i cant highlight. And it close out my window sometimes. These happens atleast once a day. PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS IS A TOOLBAR OR A VIRUS THAT U GUYZ CAN HELP ME IN POINTING ME HOW TO REMOVE? I HAVE RAN ALL TYPES OF SCANS AND IT PICKS UP NOTHING.

hmmmm never heard f that before........wht types of scans?
im assuming the usual.....try doing a reg cleaner....like jv-16 powertools

if not....start backing up and formatting...=[

This might be a software issue and not a virus.

If you have a cordless keyboard and mouse change batteries.
My keyboard got all funky when the batteries got low.

May need to reinstall drivers for keyboard and mouse.

that doesnt work. does anyone know if i can like call up dell and if they can fix the problem or somtin? cuz that thing gets really annoying sometimes.

If its still under warranty Im sure the can do something to help solve the problem.
