Why not have a section called 'Don't Try This At Home'.
This forum would be used for people to post their past failures to warn others to not try certain pc configurations, and what part is best with other parts. It could also be used to evaluate certain components ie, ati vs. nvidia, asus mobo's vs. abit mobo's.
Just a suggestion.
