Hello, first off be warned, I am new to this area of computers so please be nice

Specs:

Epox 8KTA3L+, 266 FSB, VIA KT133A Chipset
1.1 Ghz AMD Duron Processor
GeForce4 Ti 4200 64 MB DDR
512 MB PC133 SDRAM
350 Watt Raidmax Power Supply
Envision EN910 19" monitor
And thats about all I can think of off the top of my head for now

I am posting this in this forum because this is my last resort of things that can be causing my problem.

My problem is my screen flickers and jitters, combined with a rolling motion. (Refresh rate @ 60) I have tried upping the refresh rate on the monitor, only makes it worse.

I took the monitor today to a repair person and it wasn't the problem.

I tried updating the drivers of the monitor and the video card, no luck.

My bios is up to date, and the power supply was purchased about 5 months ago.

I replaced the GeForce4 with an old GeForce2 MX-400 I had to see if it was the video card. Unfortunately the same thing happened with the GF2.

I disabled the Video Bios Shadow in CMOS, as per instructed from another help forum, still nothing fixed.

I heard somewhere else that someone fixed their similar problem by adjusting the Vcore voltages on the motherboard. I've looked in my motherboard manual and found the CPU Ratio and CPU Vcore Voltage guides, but don't understand what these things mean I've tried looking everywhere I could think of on the net to better explain these things to no avail. Basically if anyone can tell me what the jumpers should be set at for my specs I'd be eternally grateful

I could play around with it but I don't want to fry my system not knowing what I'm doing and all, and am not looking to overclock but just trying to get rid of my problem.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this!!
