New comp

Got my self a friend play computer it`s an celeron 1.7 whit asus p4s8x-x mobo.. have 512 ddr and a fx 5200 card.. not the most advance computer but ceap and it is not that bad performance manged to clock it to 2 ghz and it`s stabel and good

Any one hade any experiens overclocking the celeron??

not really..but i've been kinda tweaking the "office" computer here at work..it runs a cely 950Mhz..managed to get it up to 1.2Ghz...haha...stable..but yeh..it's still slow compared to 2.2Ghz at home..but yeh, most OC, u just need to play around...

don't know why anyone would go for a celeron....
AMD is same price and much... much..... much more performance...
hell could probably find a duron for much less, and still have better performance
