What motherboard should i get for this pc?

I was wondering what motherboard i should get, this is my first pc and i dont know much about them. (I am also on a very small budget)

I also have a few questions - What kinda heat sink should i get considering this setup... and is it better to pay 100 for a ATI Radeon 8500 LE or 50 for a SiS 128 meg vid card?

CASE - AntecPLUS 1080AMG
CPU - AMD ATHLON XP 2200+
RAM - DDR 512Mb PC-2100 266MHz Memory MICRON/SAMSUNG
HD - My Friend is giving me his 80 gig 7200 RPM (so 80 gigs n free)
Video Card - SEE ABOVE
Sound Card- Sound Blaster X Gamer
CDRW - MSI Dragon Writer 48/16/48
Floppy Drive - found a 10 dollar one iwt a 10 dollar rebate at COMPUSA... cant remember the company...
DVD Drive - None as of now
Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor - have already
Speakers - Cyber Acoustic CA-4100 30 WATT 5-PC SUBWOOFER SYSTEM WHITE SPEAKER
Cooling - Case + Antec Trilight LED 80mm Fan +
Xp Anodized Shim (ok not cooling but similar purpose) + HEATSINK - see above

575.94+VID CARD+MOTHERBOARD+heatsink = Final cost... my budget is ~750... btw the 575 includes all shipping costs for those products

and definatly go for the ati over the sis card

ok.. i will drop the shim and save ~15 dollars... go to a 512 DDR 2700 by kingston and add 30...

That leaves me wit 150 to spend on mobo, VC, and heatsink

heatsink - coolermaster thermal compound + (volcano 7+ universal cooler) (35 bucks)

115 for mobo and VC...

http://www.giga-byte.com/products/7vrxp.htm <-- is that any good, only 105 and seems good to me...

leaves me with 10 bucks for VC... drop down to AMD 2000+, frees up only 50 bucks...

wuld it be better to get a Geforce2 at 64 megs or a SiS at 128?
