Hello guys my biggest fear of buildiong my own computer is CRACKING THE CPU
i would like to know if it is easy to crack and ATHLON XP
or is less easy to crack a "BARTON" |

Yeah, it's about the same gamble. Same whether AMD or Intel, too.
You can minimise the risk by practice installing the HSF without the CPU, or borrow a blown out chip from a friend/neighbour/shop (so if you crack it, who cares?). |

I'd say it's easier to crack and AMD CPU since intel's have the metal Heat spreader. _________________ DiRoLoKo!! I fix robots and wear a bunny suit for a living.....the best job i ever had, most money i ever had :) |
