Just built a nice PC with the AIW 9600 Pro. Halo for PC on my 47" HDTV is great. Problem is I have a digital cable box. Tried splitting the cable before it went to the box and PC and putting each to it's own input on the back of the TV. Problem is that the PC won't find the cable channels if the box is hooked up. The feed seems to converge back to the TV and the cable box takes over no matter what input I put the PC to. The PC works fine on the internet and for games, but I want to program TIVO on the PC and go back to the cable box and watch other stuff. Have tried a number of different splitting options to no avail. Help ! This is one of the main reasons I bought the AIW 9600 Pro. The manual has nothing in it as far as splitting or cable boxes. Many people have cable boxes these days. Might ATI want us not to know that it can't be done. Thanks to anyone with a solution.[/i]
