I've built a computer in the past, but it was the good ol' days of K6-II and I used a thermal pad. I'm about to build a new one with great parts and an athlon 3000+, but I have no idea how to applie the thermal paste, and when dealing with an expensive CPU I don't like the trial and error approach.
