yeah uhm..i did the hd mod...plexiglass window...my hd dont werk anymore...i meanit spins and the arm looks like its searching for a place to start but the computer cant find the hd. i think its cause one of the screws that had to comw out went thru the arm causeing it to move slightly, damaging the entire drive...is it possible to fix it? if not its cool cuz ill just get another 10 gig hd for cheap..looks cool tho... |

That is a very cool paper weight you got there.
I use old laser mirrors as coasters, just glue a little felt on the underside and they are set. _________________ I tweaked and it tweaked back! So I Tweaked some more!

| yeah, its almost impossible to get that mod to work. when you close the hdd back up, if there is even a spec of dust in there, its ruined. |

yeah its electrical tape..3m...it sealed the sides really well...molded itself to the case....i never realized that when other ppl did this mod they made the glass a lil bigger and glued it from underneath to give it a clean look....i cut mine to fit and tried to glue it that way....didnt come out too well...went thru 2 pieces of plexi to get it near perfect..ah well, at least i learned from mistakes..heres a better pic...

| raidmax makes the case, u can get a good deal at www.gameve.com i has 2 side fans, and it came with 2 black fans that are in front cooling the hdd's unfortunately this case only has a 60mm fan slot on the back but the side fans, one is blowing on the hdd's and the other in the back is sucking out the hot air so its all goood :-D |
