This case interests me very much, on account of its excellent ventilation (Not so much for its aesthetics), but I would like to know, what is the gage of the steel?

I don't expect you to take out a pair of calipers, but generally speaking, how would you rate the steel? heavy or flimsy? I like heavy gage steel cases on account of the fact that they help silence the fans.

Thanks for your question, and welcome to Tweaknews! As listed in the specifications, the IronClad is constructed from SECC steel (steel alloy, electrically galvanized coiled sheet) The thickness of the panels and structural members of the chassis is 1mm while the interior features are 0.8mm in thickness. This makes for a very strong, robust and, as you mentioned, quiet case. It also makes for a heavy case, but this is of lesser concern in a full-tower chassis for most folks.
