The CPU temperature does not seem right to me, i haven't seen a processor cooled to less than 25 Degrees Celsius purely by adding a Arctic Cooling AF12025PWM fan or an Arctic Cooling 12L fan and changing the thermal paste to Arctic Cooling MX2.

I'm just curious to know if this seems normal to you considering the cooling improvements and mods you have all made to your computers or whether this indicates a problem with my temperature probes.

Well, you cannot cool less than the room temperature so if you room temperature is less than that, it could be true. But man, that would make for one cold computer room.

If not, I would upgrade the bios on the bord to the latest version.

BIOS is already updated to the latest version to try and resolve another issue i had (which seemed to work). Its the living room of my apartment on the ground floor, i don't believe it's as cold as that as i am in Israel and we just started going back into summer so its about 25 degrees centigrade at the moment.

This computer is really freaking me out...so many weird weird things happening...

updated bios could have screwed it up. You can't physically be runnign colder than room temperature.

well over the last few days the computer has been acting really weird...the thermal analysis tool showed me a temperture of 13 degrees and then stopped working. After that a problem that i had previously has come back with hard drives randomly disappearing while im not doing anything on the computer.

I have no idea what is wrong because the problem originally occured when i had vista installed and now im working on a fresh windows xp install, any of you guys can help me my computer is making me go nuts...

As said earlier, flash the bios back to a previous version. Maybe try two versions back and see if that solves it.

Yes, but the oringinal problem was that the drives were not being detected.

Try a bios in between the newest one and the oringinal one so you can find one that fixes both problems.
