17'' or 19 (non-widescreen) LCD good for games

I have a gf 8600GT so i cant get anything bigger than 19'' or ill have to use low settings on more recent games to run them on the monitors native resolutions, also i like to play some old games that dont have widescreen suport, and even lots of new games dont have.

But its not only for games, i read a lot and watch some movies too

I was thinking in the samsung 971P, every review i read about it said it has great colors, no bleeding, great viewing angle, everything excelent, but the reviews differs when it comes to ghosting effects.

Here in Tweak News ghosting was noticed, and was not recommend for games, the Pcmag review says there is no ghosting. Unfortunatly i think there really must have some ghosting

Now im confused, actually i wanted a good overall monitor, mainly with no such things like bleeding or color changing when change a little bit you angle of view, and no ghosting at with games of movies. Its a shame that the 971P have ghosting, because it provides all that.

Is the 970P a good choice? What you guys recommend??

For the price now, the 20-22 inch models are the better deal.
