I know its early, but I'm planning a new build for year end. I understand that Kentsfield is due for release in November, so I was wonder if there any information out there relating to kentsfield support in current C2D motherboards? Thx.

None that I've seen.
Do yourself a favor and wait till you know the motherboard. I've been stuck with this PD805 (which I despise) because I bought a motherboard I specc'd that should haev been compatible and I now find is not (not the motherboard listed in my sig....that's was a budget attempt at getting higher overclocks with this POS proc). _________________
