I would go with the x800gto. I have a sapphire 1600pro and it works great but the x800gto pips it in most benchmarks and there is a good chance you can unlock the extra pipes and OC the sucker to X850XTPE clocks.

Ignore the idiot claiming 4 pipes, it has 12, 4 x 3 but most apps report 4. I get around 4600ish in 3dMark 05 and 2000ish in 06. _________________ Phenom II x4 955 @ Stock

true...but my compnay budget is 130...and it has to be AGP.
