Mobo dying?

So recently i had some supposed HDD trouble. Couldnt boot blah blah....took it out to check data loss....none.

Put it in an enclosure and hooked it up to the laptop (which is now also borked i think) and it read fine....quickly, and with no problems....

I put it back in the Main desktop....and it takes the bios at LEAST 15 seconds to find it. This is about 14 seconds longer than usual.

Ive noticed some bios "slow down" over the past few months. Text scrolling slower, memory check slower....odd?

Flashy flashy methinks. If that does not help then its time for a new mobo. Its probably a Cap on the board that is on its way out by the sound of it. Try a bios flash, if that does not work then take a look at the caps and see if any are swolen or leaking.
