Hey guys.. im new here.. found these forums through google and thought someone could help
anyway im currently running raid 0 on winxp pro and i wanna do a format on the harddrives
i have 2 x western digital sata 250gb hdd's and its running raid 0 on a ASUS a8n-sli motherboard.
Question is.... when i format it.. how do i get the raid setup again? i got my cuzion to do it but hes on holiday and i need to do a format asap

Welcome to the forums.
The raid setup is controlled by the hardware controller (motherboard's bios typically) so the raid setup will not go away from just formatting the drives.
However, when you load the OS raid drivers must be used to load. In XP you will need to get the raid driver on a floopy, and hit F6 as it loads, first thing it prompts for when you boot from the cd. _________________ .
