download RivaTuner and search these forums for advice on how to get the best OC from your card. This has been posted here so many times I don't feel like typing it all again There are a lot of tips on OCing here, just have a look arround.

Best advice I can give you:

Don't OC right away. Spend a bit of time with your new card, and see what it can do without overclocking. You're lacking DirectX 9.0 support with that card, so you honestly might not see any improvement at all in newer games.

Xal's advice is good, download RivaTuner, and get a feel for what small changes do to your card, but until you've played a few games on it, you really won't have any idea what the OC'ing is doing to help (or hinder) your performance.
